Getting rid of ‘Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment’, or WEEE, requires its own, legally binding processes. The disposal of items falling under the WEEE description is a growing subsector of the recycling industry, and include most products that need a plug or have a battery.
In commercial premises, WEEE items might include IT and telecommunications equipment, white goods, lighting, electronic tools and handheld appliances, drinks dispensers, monitoring equipment (smoke alarms etc.) and medical devices. We can advise on and arrange safe removal of all these items as part of an office junk removal contract or a stand-alone project.
